Cartridge World is announced DHL’s partner for new alternative mail service
Global parcel carrier DHL has chosen printer cartridge franchise Cartridge World as partner in its Service Point initiative, EXPRESS4U. The service provides a cost-effective alternative to the Royal Mail’s parcel delivery service and is available at 50 of Cartridge World’s stores nationwide.”The company is delighted to have been invited to join DHL in making parcel delivery so much more straightforward,” said Jon Cullen, Cartridge World Managing Director. “DHL are very protective of their service standards, so it is a great compliment that they trust Cartridge World to be one of their High Street interfaces with the public. It means the franchisees have an additional revenue stream and can offer customers parcel post services from our counters, but with the Global logistics know-how of DHL behind us.”Franchisees have been trained to help customers through the DHL delivery booking system, to provide them with free packaging and to make the process as simple and painless as possible.
