Cartridge World appoints Central American Master
Ink
refilling retailer Cartridge World has awarded a Master Franchise for
El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize to Jose Quan, who will open
his first location in Guatemala City in February 2007. Quan, who has
owned several businesses in Central America, has revealed plans to open
up to five stores by the end the year and a total of 25 locations
throughout Central America by 2011.”We are excited to welcome Jose to
the Cartridge World team and look forward to utilising his
entrepreneurial experience and knowledge to increase Cartridge World’s
visibility throughout Central America,” says Cartridge World CEO Burt
Yarkin. “As consumers and businesses are educated on the
cost-effectiveness and environmentally friendly benefits to printer
cartridge refilling, Cartridge World will continue to be at the
forefront of this industry.”Cartridge World, which opened its first
franchise location in Adelaide, Australia in 1997, offers cost-saving
solutions for consumers and businesses on the traditionally inflated
costs of printer cartridges. Customers can bring their empty name-brand
ink and toner cartridges into Cartridge World locations and purchase
ones already refilled. The refill process is quick, offers up to a 50
per cent saving and helps the environment by keeping used cartridges
out of landfills.
