    Ex-OfficeMax worker gets 6 months in jail
    March 07,A former OfficeMax delivery worker was sentenced Monday to six months in federal prison for his role in a scheme to ship electronic goods and other merchandise to addresses that he controlled.Gary Moore, 32, of Delran also must make restitution of about $180,000 under a sentence imposed by U.S. District Judge Robert Kugler. Moore also is to serve six months of home confinement after his release from prison.Moore, who was arrested in December 2005, pleaded guilty to mail fraud in September 2006. Moore, who worked at an OfficeMax delivery center in Delran, and an unidentified co-conspirator sold the diverted merchandise between June 2000 and March 2001, officials said.
