FedEx Kinko’s to double office products

2006 — Dallas (TX): FedEx Kinko’s is to open 200 new format stores next
year.The new 1,800 sq ft stores will offer twice the number of office
products compared to the typical 6,000 sq ft Kinko’s stores.The smaller
store format will reduce construction, equipment and overhead costs by
approximately 50 percent.Additionally, the parent company of FedEx
Kinko’s, FedEx, has pledged $5.5 million over the next five years to
ORBIS International, a non-profit organisation, to help prevent
blindness around the world.
