Full Circle Image Receives GSA Contract
ROCHESTER, Minn.–2004–Full Circle Image, an International Franchise Company that deals in remanufacturing and distribution of Ink Jet and Laser Toner Cartridges announces that it has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) contract by the United States General Services Administration.
The GSA is a part of the Federal Supply Service and serves as the central federal organization for purchasing. It provides to all Governmental Agencies through a network of approved vendors those classes of goods and services that are not for military use. In this way the Government through business partnerships with contracted private businesses guarantees that its federal buyers are in compliance with Federal Procurement regulations.
Full Circle Image has a five-year contract with the GSA and the estimated dollar value of the contract is $2,000,000. It expected that the first year of the contract would increase Full Circle's sales revenues by $400,000. The GSA provides its new contractors with its mailing list. Full Circle Image has created a new GSA department to solicit and contact all Governmental agencies.
Virtually all Government offices use Laser and Ink Jet Printers and all are mandated to use remanufactured products whenever possible. Full Circle Image's Contract number is GS-02F-0054P.
