    Global Imaging Acquires Indianapolis Dealer
    August
    2007 Global Imaging Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox
    Corp., has acquired Indianapolis-based Marbaugh Reprographics Supply
    Company, Inc., continuing its acquisition strategy after merging into
    Xerox in May.Marbaugh provides sales and service of Oce and Xerox
    wide-format copiers, as well as scanning, printers and other
    reprographics services from its facility in downtown Indianapolis.
    Marbaugh, which will now also offer a broader range of Xerox document
    management systems, will continue to serve mid market customers in the
    Indiana area as a satellite of CopyCo Office Solutions, a Global core
    company also based in Indianapolis.”The addition of Marbaugh into the
    Global Imaging fold represents our continued commitment to growth
    through strategic acquisitions that are good for our customers and good
    for our company,” said Michael Shea, president and CEO of Global
    Imaging. “With Marbaugh, we strengthen our position in the Midwest with
    a company well known for supplying customers with Oce and Xerox wide
    format equipment and service.””While adding to our products and
    services, Marbaugh also increases our density of customers and
    machines-in-field,” said Bill Schmidt, CopyCo president. “Additionally,
    we have complementary skill-sets, which will enable us to cross-sell
    our customers a broad set of solutions.”Former co-owner Brad Clough,
    who continues as vice president and general manager of Marbaugh added,
