    Global Imaging Systems Renews with Sharp
    June 
    2007 Global Imaging Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox
    Corporation, and Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America
    announced a new purchasing contract that enables Global dealers to
    continue supplying customers with Sharp multifunction products,
    printers, fax machines, supplies, parts and accessories through March
    2008.The contract enables Global Imaging’s existing Sharp dealers –
    Dahill Industries, San Antonio, Texas; Lewan & Associates Inc.,
    Denver; Imaging Concepts of New Mexico, Albuquerque; MWB Business
    Systems, Los Angeles; Berney’s Office Solutions, Montgomery, Ala.;
    Pinnell Inc., Yakima, Wash.; El Paso Triad, El Paso, Texas; and TML
    Enterprises Inc., Manassas, Va. – to continue selling and servicing
    Sharp products.”Global’s success in the marketplace has always been
    based on partnerships, building strong relationships with companies
    like Sharp and with our customers,” said Tom Johnson, chairman and CEO
    of Global Imaging Systems. “This renewed relationship with Sharp helps
    Global companies to continue meeting their customers’ needs with the
