HP World Conference & Expo Cancelled by Interex
July , 20 05 — Interex, Inc. has cancelled the HP World Conference & Expo, sch eduled for August 14-18th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.
Interex is an independent corporation formed by Hewlett-Packard computing professionals and uses the “HP World” brand under a licensing agreement with HP. The HP World Conference and Expo is produced and managed exclusively by Interex.
HP has stated that it regrets Interex’s decision to cancel HP World 2005 and is working to accommodate those registered customers and exhibitors who will be negatively impacted by the cancellation.
HP will offer a complimentary, comparable registration to the 2005 HP Technology Forum for paid, registered attendees of HP World 2005. Additionally, HP will offer discounted exhibition space at the 2005 HP Technology Forum to non-HP competitors exhibiting at or sponsoring HP World 2005.
