€650 million credit facility for Océ Group
March
2006 – Venlo (NL): Océ N.V. and Océ Interservices have signed a €500
million ($596 million) and €150 million five-year multi currency credit
facilities with Fortis Bank and ING Bank.
The company says the
proceeds of the facilities will be applied for general corporate
purposes including the refinancing of certain existing indebtedness and
acquisitions.
