Pelikan launches Power Pad
PELIKAN International Corporation Berhad launched Power Pad printer cartridge refill system for Canon CLI-8 and PGI-5, and Hewlett-Packard HP21 and HP27 cartridges. The Power Pad refill system is a quick, clean and easy solution that allows consumers to refill original Canon and HP printer cartridges, according to the company. The Power Pad just needs to be placed on a flat surface with its protective sticker peeled off before attaching an empty ink cartridge to it. The cartridge will then be automatically filled with ink through capillary action, guaranteeing a mess-free refill process, the company claimed. The Power Pad for the Canon CLI-8 and PGI-5 cartridges retail for RM22.99 and RM25.99 respectively while the Hewlett Packard HP21 and HP27 cost RM26 and RM28 respectively.
