billion rupee annual sales of toner and copiers sales in Sri
Lanka.Counterfeiters have the technology to even produce a holographic
sticker that changes colour when looked at from different angles, a

chips into the toners to enable vendors and buyers distinguish
authentic toners from the counterfeits, officials said.Toshiba which

the profits from over-pricing toner cartridges. This gives an incentive
for other firms to supply re-fills.
