Point, a Polish manufacturer of printing ink and materials, is is
preparing its issue prospectus, specifying the goals and value of its
IPO
The
prospectus is to be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision
Authority in the first quarter, according to company president, Kamila
Yamasaki.The company offers over a million products on the domestic
market, including toner cartridges, ink jet cartridges and printer
ribbons. It targets retailers and B2B clients.Black Point’s agenda now
calls for the development of projects to recycle printing materials as
well as for expansion on foreign markets. According to Yamasaki, the
firm wants to begin distributing its products in CEE countries such as
Hungary and the Czech Republic. The company also wants to remain active
on the domestic market, taking advantage of the prosperity in the laser
printer and printing materials market. It wants to develop its
distribution network and invest in brand building.Black Point saw
revenue of zł.33.6 million and a zł.2 million net profit in 2006. It’s
projected results for 2007 amount to zł.35.3 million in revenue and a
net profit of about 2.6 million
