Xerox: Global Imaging Acquires Image Quest Inc
TAMPA,
Fla., DEC, 2007 — Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox company, has
expanded its growing network of office technology suppliers into Kansas
with the acquisition of Wichita-based Image Quest Inc.The acquisition,
Global’s first in the Sunflower State, furthers the company’s strategy
of supporting small and mid-size business customers across the
country.In addition to its Wichita headquarters, Image Quest has
locations in Topeka, Lenexa and Salina, from where it supplies more
than 3,500 customers with office printing and scanning devices from
Savin and Canon. Image Quest, which becomes a core company for Global,
will continue to service those customers as it begins offering Xerox’s
full range of office printing equipment.”Image Quest’s history of
