Xerox revs up marketing effort
March 2006
Xerox Corp. is partnering with a California motorcycle designer to promote its Nuvera Digital Production System.
The
motorcycle, designed by Arlen Ness, will be named Nu-Ness and will
symbolize many of the product’s features including quality,
customization, speed and performance. It will be used at a variety of
customer events, Xerox reported.
“The Nu-Ness bike is a fun,
attention-getting way to showcase how the Xerox Nuvera Digital
Production System can put customers ahead of the pack and on the road
to profits,” said Quincy Allen, president of Xerox Production Systems
Group, in a statement.
The Nuvera system is designed for high image
quality and fast speeds. The line includes three digital systems that
can produce either 100, 120 or 144 pages per minute.
The Xerox
Nuvera custom motorcycle will be unveiled later this year. Updates on
the bike’s progress can be seen at http://www.Nu-Ness.xerox.com.
