Xerox sells $1.4 bln notes in 2-part sale

2008 NEW YORK, – Xerox Corp on Wednesday sold $1.4 billion notes in a
two-part sale, a market source familiar with the offering said.The sale
included $400 million in five-year notes yielding 2.67 percentage
points over Treasuries and $1 billion in 10-year notes yielding 2.62
points over Treasuries.The joint lead managers on the sale were
Barclays Capital markets, Citigroup Global Markets and JP Morgan.
