Xerox wins $400 million Air Force contract
Xerox Corp. has received a U.S. Air Force five-year purchase agreement worth an estimated $400 million.
The
Connecticut-based printing and imaging company announced the contract
this afternoon.The contract is for the purchase of Xerox printers,
copiers and supplies for Air Force facilities around the globe.In 2007
the area’s fourth-largest employer received a $93 million U.S. Navy
contract to handle paperwork needs on 283 vessels.
