Desperation Is Setting In As Canon's Lawsuit Vs. Ninestar Is Now Center Stage.

We got word this week from our sources that China's Ninestar is actively looking for expert toner industry witnesses to help them in their defense Vs. the mighty Canon Corp., Ninestar has a real uphill battle on hand, they are by far the biggest fish for Canon to nab in these clone toner lawsuits, realistically no company in the world is a bigger Toner counterfeiter than Ninestar, they have a long history of selling counterfeit clones throughout the world and are still actively doing so. In Tonernews.com's long 15 year history we have never had even one article showing that Canon lost in any toner IP patent case in any U.S. courts, plus with newly appointed Trump federal judges in D.C., Ninestar does not stand a change but they are entitled to due process and their day in court.

Zhuhai Wanlida Electrical Automation Co. the parent company of Ninestar just bailed out U.S. Lexmark Corporation 2 weeks ago to the tune of $340M (LINK), and just announced this week that they wants to spend $1.4Bln for a new Zhuhai printer manufacturing plant (LINK), its obviously apparent at this point that the Chinese Government owns all these business entities since they are trowing around that kind of ca$h. If they can bail out Lexmark For $340M and build a $1.4B plant, surely the can easily pay millions of dollars to Canon and hopefully move on from their counterfeiting days? in our opinion they should probably just pay the Millions to settle these lawsuits, since more infringing IP's are being added everyday to their lawsuit and it look like Ninestar will barely be able to keep up with these on going issues going forward.

All indications show that the Chinese Government is now actively involved in this toner industry mess, on one hand they don't want a trade war but on the other hand they keep counterfeiting goods for resale around the world, sorry China but you can't have it both ways!
