Oem Supplies Dealer Digitek, Now Charging Fees To Process Orders
Digitek Processing Fee to change January 1, 2014

Dulles, VA – Digitek Computer Products, effective January 1, 2014, will begin charging $2.95 for each individual order we process. This fee is meant to offset the increase in costs associated with the picking, packing and processing of Customer orders and shipments. While we regret the increase in our processing fee, Digitek is committed to continuing to provide the best Customer experience possible. The small increase in our fee structure will allow us to maintain the high level of Customer service our resellers are accustomed to receiving.

In addition, on January 1, 2014, UPS will be increasing our standard freight charges by approximately 5%. Freight carriers have made annual changes to delivery, package and accessorial surcharges. These surcharges impact our business costs for the various surcharges we receive on customer shipments. Address corrections, gas allowances, delivery surcharge, delivery intercept, and residential surcharges are common billing surcharges that impact our business, therefore, our need to pass along these increases.
