Office Solutions Announces Its Sixth Acquisition In The Past 14 Months

The latest addition to the Office Solutions portfolio is the business services division of Newport Stationers, a fellow Californian independent dealer based in Irvine. Following the acquisition, Newport Stationers will continue to operate from its 4,400 sq ft (440 sq m) retail store in Newport Beach (CA).

“This is a great opportunity for both organisations,” said Bob Mairena, President of Office Solutions.  

“Both parties can leverage this change by serving customers who require specific needs for their Southern California businesses. Although Office Solutions services customers nationwide, we continue to focus on cultivating our regional footprint.”

Newport Stationers is the sixth acquisition for $40-million dealer Office Solutions in the past 14 months. Deals include the acquisition of specialist jan/san dealer Gale Supply Company last November.
