Clover and Canon Working on Settlement Agreement
According to a recent Actionable Intelligence article, Canon and the Clover respondents (Clover Holdings, Clover Technologies, Clover Vietnam, Dataproducts USA, Dataproducts Imaging Solutions S.A., and CAU Acquisition Company) and Clover-customer respondents (Dexxon Digital Storage, Discount Office Items, Deal Express LLC, GreenLine Paper Company, Myriad Greeyn, Office World, and OfficeWorld.com) filed a joint motion to the USITC requesting that their deadline be extended to August 30 due to a recently reached “agreement-in-principle to resolve this Investigation … which resolution shall include a Joint Motion to Terminate this Investigation as to the Clover and Clover-Customer Respondents pursuant to a Consent Order,” the legal documents said. The parties are currently working to finalize the details of the resolution, and hope to file a joint motion terminating the investigation as to Clover and the Clover-customer respondents by August 30.
