Ricoh Perú S.A., a subsidiary of Ricoh Latin America Inc., strengthens its operations in the Peruvian market through the acquisition of Perú Office S.A. (Stansa), a Peruvian organization with 65 years of market experience. The experience and expertise of both companies and extensive local market knowledge will enable Ricoh to expand its range of services to become the new leader in this market segment.

Ricoh del Perú S.A., , January 13, 2015 – Ricoh del Perú S.A., subsidiary of Ricoh Latin America, Inc., agreed to purchase the Peruvian company Perú Office S.A. (Stansa), a leading provider of integrated solutions, professional, digital and printing services. The acquisition is the latest in strategic regional investments Ricoh Latin America has undertaken to broaden and deepen its service portfolio.

Perú Office S.A., who has been among the leading and best providers of managed services for Ricoh, works with over 400 clients in major markets around the country. The digital analysis offerings, document management solutions and optimization of equipment in document management, will help Ricoh continue to drive value to customers and promote growth in the Latin American Region.

The integration of the new professionals, along with the experts in solutions designing of document management technology, will bring a range of benefits to Ricoh customers.
