Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve the Postal Ballot Notice containing the Special resolution seeking Shareholders approval for voluntarily delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Stock Exchange, the Explanatory Statement and other related matters
