Static Control Expands COLORCONTROL Replacement Imaging Systems
Also More than 15 Products Released for 200+ Printer Applications

Sanford, N.C. – (July 11, 2014) – In the past two weeks, Static Control has launched more than 15 new products for use in more than 200 printer applications, including expansion of the COLORCONTROL Replacement Imaging Systems brand to include cartridges used in the HP® Color LaserJet® Pro M476.

The COLORCONTROL Replacement Imaging System is now available for cartridges for the HP® Color LaserJet® Pro M476. The COLORCONTROL brand represents the only true integrated systems for remanufacturing color cartridges in the imaging aftermarket. An Odyssey® Magnetic Developer Roller for use in cartridges for the HP® 4555 printer family was also released. Remanufacturers can build extended yield and max fill cartridges without concern over mag wear, as this mag roller was manufactured using the latest in Static Control technologies and is the most durable available to the aftermarket.

Two products were released for use in Samsung® CLT-R406 imaging units, an Odyssey® OPC drum with gears and a fuse and resistor set. The imaging unit in these printers is separate from the toner cartridges. When replacing the drum, a new fuse and resistor are required in order to reset the drum.

Also released were an Odyssey® OPC drum with gears for use in Brother® HL-5140 cartridges, a replacement end plate, flag gear, hopper cap and shipping protector for use in Brother® HL-1110 toner cartridges, and a replacement shipping protector and hopper cap for use in Samsung® MLT-D203 cartridges.

Two replacement chips were launched; a replacement chip for use in HP® 711 ink cartridges, which features Static Control’s patented ink gauge technology, and a regional chip for Australia/New Zealand for use in Dell® B2375 cartridges. The extended yield chip combined with 370 grams of Static Control’s Universal Toner (Product Code TRSUNIV-1KG) provides accurate reporting for 13,000 pages, a full 3,000 more than the OEM’s high yield cartridge.
