Sunking’s 3rd Annual E-scrap 4 Camp For kids With Cancer

Now Expanded To Include Buffalo AND Rochester   Sunnking, in partnership with Camp Good Days, has created a program entitled "E-Scrap 4 Camp" to facilitate recycling old electronics from participating locations to generate funds for Camp Good Days and Special Times.    For the month of April 2013, Sunnking will provide free electronics recycling pick-ups at participating schools, businesses, non-profits and other organizations in the Buffalo AND Rochester area. Participating locations are encouraged to collect old and unwanted electronics from employees, friends and family. For every pound of electronics collected Sunnking will donate a percentage of profits to Camp Good Days. Camp Good Days and Special Times is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, adults and families whose lives have been touched by cancer. The primary purpose of Camp Good Days is to make the lives of children dealing with cancer as happy and rewarding as possible, and to give back the childhood that cancer has taken away. Since its inception in 2011, E-Scrap 4 Camp has recycled 569,562 lbs. of electronics and raised $18,000.    Deadline to sign up is March 15th, 2013 How It Works   Each participating location will have the opportunity to collect electronics from employees, friends and family for 1 week during the month of April.   Packaging supplies will be provided by Sunnking at no cost.   Electronics will be picked up from each location and recycled at no cost.   Sunnking will track and record the net weight of electronics recycled from each participating location and will provide a Certificate of Recycling & Destruction.   At the end of the program Sunnking will donate money to Camp Good Days for every pound of electronics recycled.   The participating location with the highest volume of materials collected will win $500 worth of refurbished computer equipment from Sunnking.    (visit http://www.sunnking.com/escrap-4-camp to sign up!)   "We have been very fortunate to have such outstanding support from Sunnking.
