Uk Xerox Celebrate Manuafucture Of One Millionth Printer

Welwyn Garden City firm produces one millionth printer
Uk :PAST and present staff from a WGC printing manufacturers came together to celebrate a company milestone.Nearly 100 current, past and retired employees of Xerox met at the Fairway Tavern in Old Herns Lane, Panshanger, WGC, to mark the production of the firm’s one millionth Work Centre machine.

The multi-function copier, fax, scanner and printer was conceived, designed and developed 10 years ago at the Xerox site in Bessemer Road, WGC.

Starting with a range of 35, 45 or 55 impressions per minute, the machine is now available in ranges of up to 90 impressions a minute, and has become one of Xerox’s most successful products.
