We have been trying to avoid talking about IP's since it's a complicated issue, but since we hear about it all day long that China's "Non-infringing New builds IP's" for their Cloned toners are legal, we decided to tell you the truth, well guess what they are NOT LEGAL, this is only a terminology "A line" that the Chinese use with great success in order to get wholesalers and distributors in the West to buy these fake cloned toner goods, the truth is that these patents have never been tested in the U.S. or in the E.U. courts, there is NO precedent/NO litigation to prove that these patents are Legal in the West, so just because the Chinese say they are Legal it doesn't mean that they are and that's because it's all a bunch of…..
In the near future These Chinese clone toner IP's will all be tested in the US and in the EU courts and they will all go down, do you really think that the Trump administration recent high courts picks and even lower court picks will accept these Bogus Chinese patents? Do you really think they will allow a product that is made in China with questionable patents to be accepted in the U.S.? think again my friends!!! Trumps trade views are too radical and Pro U.S. to let that happen, so don't believe this bullshit that these Chinese "Non-infringing New builds IP's are legal", because THERE NOT!!! Furthermore the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security are presently keeping a close eye on our industry so please be careful.

Those of you that are stocked-up with these Chinese Cloned toners, you are all going to learn sometimes soon that you are all sitting on piles of useless Chinese crap, good luck getting your money back from China after that, all these Chinese Clone Toner distributors will be out of business and out of sight in a Shenzhen minute!
