Xerox Buys Canadian Pension Administration Software Firm Xerox Corp. has purchased a Canadian pension administration software firm.
Financial terms of the acquisition of CPAS Systems Inc. were not disclosed.
According to Xerox, CPAS software is used for administration and record keeping for pensions and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as for health and life insurance premiums.
Xerox says it will offer CPAS services both as standalone software and also as part of its human resources outsourcing services. CPAS’ management team and employees will remain with the company, and it will keep its operations at its Toronto office.
