    XEROX CEO SELLS CONDO FOR $2.1M ,WHILE LAYING OFF 2,500 EMPLOYEES

    Ursula M. Burns sold a three-bed, three-bath condo at 351 E. 51st St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay to Marquez R. Eduardo for $2.150 million on Jan. 20.The property was previously acquired for $2.5 million in Sept. 2005. The 1,759-square-foot condo, Unit #14A, is one of the 64 units at Beekman Regent condo development, which was built in 2001.Ms. Burns is the chairman and CEO at Xerox Corporation. Prior to that, she also worked as a senior vice president for corporate strategic services at Xerox. Additionally, she was a presidential appointee on STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) national program and vice chair of the President’s Export Council.She completed her B.S. in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of N.Y.U and received her master’s in mechanical engineering from Columbia University
