XEROX ELECTs 3 NEW VICE-PRESIDENTS
Xerox’s
Board of Directors has elected Mark Costello, Mike Festa and Joe
Mancini – three company veterans – as Vice Presidents of the
Corporation.
Xerox elects three new Vice Presidents

Festa has
been with the company for 19 years, and is Director of Mergers and
Acquisition. He has held a variety of corporate, business group and
operating finance positions, including serving as the head of finance
for Xerox Europe.

Costello joined Xerox in 1985 and is General
Patent Counsel and Chief Strategy Counsel, with responsibility for
managing and protecting the company’s patent and trademark portfolio.

Mancini
meanwhile joined back in 1989, and has served as Vice President of
Xerox North America Finance since March 2010. He has held a number of
high profile financial positions, including Vice President of Finance at
Xerox Office Group and Director of Corporate Analysis.
