    <p><font size=”4″>A researcher at Xerox Corp.’s Webster campus is 2013 recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year Special Recognition Award.Antonio Williams of Rochester will receive the honor at the Black Engineer of the Year Award STEM Global Competitiveness Conference to be held in February in Washington D.C. The conference and award is put on by Lockheed Martin Corp., the Council of HBCU Engineering Deans, US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine and Aerotek Inc.</font></p>

    <h6><strong><font size=”3″>Antonio Williams of Rochester, a researcher at Xerox Corp.’s Webster campus, is the 2013 recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year Special Recognition Award. </font></strong></h6>

    <p><font size=”4″>Williams, who grew up in Jamaica and New York City, started with Xerox in 1997 and has a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester. He is a research lab manager of the Marking Elements and Integration Laboratory.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″>According to Xerox, the award is in recognition of Williams’ engineering expertise and leadership skills. Both his technical achievements and leadership were part of Xerox expanding its solid ink technology to the high end of the office market, according to the company.</font></p>
    <p><font size=”4″>The award also is in recognition of Williams’ commitment to diversity and to mentoring young professionals.</font></p>
