    Xerox Unit To Pay $4.5M To Settle Call Center FLSA Suit

    New York– Xerox Corp.’s Affiliated Computer Services Inc. has agreed to pay up to $4.5 million to settle a dispute with a group of call center employees claiming the company didn’t pay them for all hours they worked, according to a Thursday court filing.
