Xerox chief paid more than ten million dollars last year

07,Financial documents shows that Xerox chief executive Anne Mulcahy was paid
more than ten million dollars last year. A proxy report shows Mulcahy received
compensation the Stamford-based company valued at ten-point-seven million. The
compensation includes one-point-three million dollars in salary and more than
two million dollars in incentive plan compensation. The bulk of the
compensation is from stock incentives. Mulcahy joined the copier and printer
manufacturer in 1976 as a sales representative and became chief executive in
2001 and chairwoman the following year.
