Sources tell Tonernews.com that Ninestar honchos consider the BAN Un-true and are apparently shipping into the US with no consequences.

When you’ve been lying and cheating for so long, it probably takes time for the truth to sink-in. Denial is always the first thing that happens, then eventually reason sinks-in. We have it from good sources that Ninestar executive team are looking for ways around the BAN and are leaving all options on the table. Ninestar’s G&G has just sent out a press release that they have updated their patented replacement for HP and Canon HP CF 540A, 530A, 400, 410, 500 and 510, as well as the Canon cartridge 067, 045, 046 and 054, but these patents are from 2016, so most of these toners are on the old side of circulation.

It’s Probably going to take a good month or even two months for every branch of the US gov to get the Ninestar BAN in place, hopefully before that but we in the US should be a little more patience in any case. In about 60 to 90 days honest US toner and ink remanufacturers should see a difference in the movement of their stock, which should make up for lost earnings over the years. Also let’s not forget the OEM’s who will probably profit more from this than any other sector of the industry.

To date still NO official press release from China’s RTMworld on the BAN, as always, it’s going to be interesting to see how it all plays out, and Tonernews.com will be right there for you.
