Future Graphics, a leading global distributor of imaging supplies, components, and chips for laser, copier, fax, and inkjet cartridges, announces the release of replacement cartridge chips for the Lexmark T520/522 and T620/622 family printers and new compatible replacement chips for the Xerox DC332/340/425/432/440 and DC220/230/420 printer cartridges.

These stand-alone chips for the Lexmark family are easily installed in the original chip slot and feature oversized gold plated contacts for reliable low resistance printer connection.

“Our unique multi-cycle design allows printer end-of-life density compensation to function correctly, yet original conditions are automatically restored for unlimited reuse,” says Eric Tuvesson, New Product Development Manager, Future Graphics. “This simplifies the reuse of recaptured cartridges, converts starter and label application cartridges into high yield cartridges, and saves additional money compared to other new firmware solutions. We are convinced they provide the best T chip value in the industry.”

Packaged as a chip kit, each comes with a high-quality replacement encoder wheel at no additional charge. These custom molded wheels have a high degree of straightness, resist warping, and feature a “no slip” hopper auger mount for superior shipping and operational performance. Exhaustive testing shows excellent chip performance in all models and engine firmware versions up to and including the current 84.93 release.

The new Xerox DC332/340/425/432/440 and DC220/230/420 compatible replacement chips are easy to install during the remanufacturing process. They require no special tools and allow the user to offer more products with one replacement chip, saving on supplies and maintenance costs.

Compatible with the N24/32/40 engine, the new replacement chips identify cartridge type, store printer counts, and can be returned to Future Graphics for reset.

All Future Graphics chips are programmed to maintain proper printer functionality and are part of our commitment and continuing effort to provide the most up-to-date technologies as dictated by current market demand.
