Staples makes Latino acquisition

2005–Buenos Aires(ARG)Unofficially confirmED, Staples has
made a move into the South American market with the acquisition of leading local
player Officenet.

The South American Mail order/contract stationer
business has Operations in Argentina and Brazil. Estimated annual sales are $60
million.
