Defying Ban and Operating as Usual (New E-Flier)
Tonernews.com has once again been alerted to Ninestar’s continued outreach to dealers and resellers through a recent E-flier (below). It appears that China’s Ninestar is fully disregarding the ban, showing no concern for the law, and continuing to contact U.S. affiliates without hesitation.In October 2024, Tonernews.com and its affiliates contacted the FBI, urging action to shut down this illegal operation based in Chino, California. We suspect that Ninestar has strong connections with U.S. customs, lobbyists, and well-paid lawyers who are actively defending its U.S. operations. Despite this, we remain hopeful that justice will eventually prevail, and the law will halt this illegal Chinese operation.
