DEX Imaging has announced the acquisition of two regional technology providers, strengthening its presence in the mid‑Atlantic and Southeast, terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The company acquired Laser Line (website: amalaserline.com), a Maryland‑based dealer serving the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. region known for its copier, printer, and networking solutions, along with reliable IT support. In addition, DEX Imaging acquired Titan Wolfpack IT (website: titanwolfpack.com), a south Florida provider specializing in managed print, cloud services, and cybersecurity for small and mid‑sized businesses.
“These acquisitions reinforce our strategy of combining local expertise with national reach,” said a spokesperson for DEX Imaging. The moves expand DEX Imaging’s portfolio of technology solutions — from printing and copiers to IT and cybersecurity services.
