If you don’t want to get lied to and ripped off,
then don’t do business with these lawyers in Broward County Florida.
Colette F. Drimmer and Robyn H. Barrett, Florida Broward County attorneys are in the business of deceit. They will of course tell you what you want to know and hear when signing up for their $5,000 retainer fee. They will make your case sound like there is nothing that they cannot accomplish in their so-called expertise of the law, but their game is really to drag out their customers cases for as long as they can (for years) in order to recoup high fees, and at $375 an hour, they will make the most of it at your expense.
They will promised you a full and robust defense. And if your case is before Broward County Judge Holden they will tell you “Don’t worry Robyn Barrett use to work for Judge Holden in the DA’s office years prior to him becoming a judge”. Unfortunately for their clients, Colette and Robyn are in it for the “long game”. Dragging a client out for years (in fees) is really what they are about and this explain their total lax approach to most cases.
Another approach to their tatics is to put a lean on their clients assets (properties) without ever telling their clients about it. They will still accept payments from their clients, even though their clients don’t know about their charging lien the whole time. This is obviously a a perfect example of a failure of fiduciary duty by Colette F. Drimmer and Robyn H. Barrett, who think that just because their office is across the street from the Broward County courthouse and because they know certain people, they are entitled to pull off such schemes.
Another tatic by Robyn Barrett is to make a side deal with opposing council and not tell their client until the day of the hearing, with the hopes that the clients is so desparate to get out of these personal and mounting legal fees. This tatic is unproffesional and a total breach of fidicuary duty. Also lawyer Robyn Barrett now lives in Arizona, yet still has the audacity to pull off such schemes in a Florida court room via a Zoom conference call.
Another tatic of Colette and Robyn is to have MOST case before General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods. this is NO coinsidence since it is carefully coordinated by Colette and Robyn by canceling the random assigments that the Broward county court house sets up on each case. Everytime the Broward county court house sets up a hearing before other judges, Colette and Robyn will cancel those hearing until they finally go before their friend ‘General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods‘. It might take 6 months or more and many other judges until your case is before General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods, but since the client is paying them $375 a hour, they don’t really care how long it takes. The Reason they wait for their cases to be before General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods is because Colette F. Drimmer went to law school with Magistrate Allana Robinson and their relationship goes back over 15 years, since they also both graduated in the same law class together. Therefor General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods rules in favor of Colette and Robyn most of the time because of this long term relationship.
Please contact the Florida Bar Association (https://www.floridabar.org/about/contact/) if you have ever been in represented in court by Colette F. Drimmer And Robyn H. Barrett in a legal case or where in an opposing case Vs. these lawyers, because your case might of been compromised due to the favoritism that Colette F. Drimmer And Robyn H. Barrett use in judge Holden’s name and in General Magistrate Allana Robinson Woods.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE LAWYERS AT ALL COST!
If you are STILL thinking about doing business with Colette F. Drimmer and Robyn H. Barrett, think twice and many times over, because they are in it to screw you over in legal fees and to drag it out as long as they can, in order to recoup these high fees.
