Epson Promotes Four Women to Senior Management.
Epson Middle East has announced the promotion of four women to senior management positions within its META-CW Asia operating region. This strategic enhancement aims to strengthen Epson’s presence in key markets across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central & West Asia, with operations managed from the regional office in Dubai, UAE.The newly appointed leaders are Christine Chua as Director of Strategic Planning, Natalie Harrison as Director of Marketing, Razia Mahomed as Director of Services & Support, and Charley Stevens as Director of Human Resources. These promotions underscore Epson’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence, aligning with the company’s vision to accelerate growth in the region over the next five years while optimizing key functional operations.
In announcing the promotions, Neil Colquhoun, President of META-CW Asia, highlighted the importance of this milestone for enhancing diversity and inclusivity in Epson’s leadership.
“By promoting these exceptionally talented women, we are not only acknowledging their significant contributions but also creating role models for women within our company and beyond,” Colquhoun stated.
Mukesh Bector, Epson Regional Head for East and West Africa, commended the move, emphasizing the company’s dedication to operational excellence and building an inclusive culture that nurtures talent at all levels.

Christine Chua, Director of Strategic Planning
Christine leads critical sales analysis and planning, contributes to functional strategy, and ensures operational rigor for the senior sales leadership team. She joined Epson’s UK office in 2019 as Business Planning Manager and progressed to Senior Business Manager in Dubai before her current role.Natalie Harrison, Director of Marketing
Natalie heads the regional marketing team, developing and executing strategic initiatives. She joined Epson in 2018 as Manager of Marketing Services for the UK and Ireland, bringing extensive marketing and operational experience from various industries, including technology, gaming, and retail.Razia Mahomed, Director of Services & Support
Razia focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, leading the shift from cost-driven to profit-generating services. She joined Epson’s Dubai office in 2020 as Services & Support Manager for the MEAFIS region.Charley Stevens, Director of Human Resources
Charley oversees the HR function, emphasizing the creation of a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment that fosters growth for both individuals and the organization. She started at Epson’s UK office in 2018 as a Senior HR Advisor and was promoted to lead HR for the META-CW region before her recent elevation to HR Director.
