    In a 26-page complaint, Robert Zapfel accuses the Norwalk, Connecticut-based technology company of failing to deliver on severance benefits totaling at least $15 million, which he claims were triggered under a “change in control” provision when majority shareholder Icahn reorganized the company. The case is Robert Zapfel v. Xerox Corp., case number 650622/2023, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York.
