For Now, The Xerox Buy-Out Of Hp Is All About Xerox Creating Hype To Boost Their Stocks.
Something between hp and xerox is bound to happen but for now the Carl Icahn team is all about Hyping the Xerox Brand to embellish their Stock holdings.

Let’s face it , the xerox buy-out of Hp is surely something that Xerox knew could not be possible, but Carl Icahn knows that news and lots of constant news can be used to boost a products reputation and that exactly what all this is about. Xerox and Hp both know that PRINT is in decline and that they both need to reinvent Themselves, but until then Xerox is using the press media to line their pockets with gold.

Hp on the other hand is more careful about this latest media hype and for now hp is keeping it’s silence and this seems to be the right thing to do. Xerox on the other hand is constantly babbling about the possibility, they sound a little desperate about this deal but they have little to lose especially these days from a stock point of view.
