Managed Print Solutions Ltd (MPS UK) is continuing to expand its presence in the UK managed print market, reaching approximately 600 managed print contracts in 2026, up from around 400 in 2025, according to company-released information. Since launching in December 2022, the High Wycombe and London-based business has grown from a one-person operation to a team of approximately 11 employees while expanding beyond traditional managed print services into managed IT, telecommunications, cybersecurity, printer leasing and document workflow solutions. MPS UK says the growth reflects increasing demand from businesses seeking a single technology partner capable of managing printers, IT infrastructure, communications and security services. The company also reports approximately 98.5% service uptime and a typical four-hour emergency response, while using PaperCut technology for print and document management. The expansion highlights a broader trend across the copier and printer dealer industry, where managed print providers are increasingly building recurring-service relationships and adding IT, cybersecurity and telecoms to traditional printer, toner and maintenance offerings.
