Xerox has announced that it achieved an estimated $10.2 million in savings over five years by implementing AI-driven Security Operations Center (SOC) automation powered by Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex XSIAM platform. According to the company, the cybersecurity transformation enabled Xerox to automate more than 82,000 hours of security work annually, reduce false positives by 99%, increase automated issue resolution by 73%, and eliminate hundreds of hours of monthly exposure to medium- and high-severity threats.
