BOISE, Idaho — HP Inc. announced plans to exit its long-standing Boise site by the end of 2027, ending more than five decades of operations in the city. In an email sent to employees Thursday, the company said the move is part of a broader effort to streamline its global office footprint and focus work in fewer, larger locations. The Boise campus, located in Boise, has played a major role in the development of HP’s printing technology, including work related to the LaserJet printer line. Company officials said employees will receive more details about transition plans in the coming years as HP shifts some operations to other facilities in the region and beyond.
