The output and document specialist Kyocera Document Solutions has set itself ambitious goals. To this end, it has also repositioned itself at the beginning of the new financial year. Sales director Stephen Schienbein explains in an exclusive interview with BusinessPartner PBS which sea values partners are offered.

Declining sales of printers were easily offset by growth with A4 MFPs. ”The entry into the production printing market was also received very positively. The software business has also developed dynamically, with growth of more than 70 percent.
After doing a lot of basic work in the past financial year, it is now a matter of strengthening the position in the market in the long term and consistently expanding business areas. As of April 1st, a dedicated key account team with eleven employees in sales was set up to “bring the issues to customers”. In addition, the synergies within the Kyocera Group, which includes the solution providers AKI and Alos in addition to Kyocera Document Solutions, are to be used even better.
