Kyocera Fleet Services Hits 100,000-Device Milestone in Germany.
March 11, 2025, Kyocera Document Solutions Germany, alongside its extensive nationwide dealer network, has reached a significant achievement: over 100,000 printing and multifunction devices are now connected to the cloud-based fleet management platform, “Kyocera Fleet Services.”Launched in 2017, this platform helps businesses effectively manage their printing and copying resources while providing real-time monitoring. It also enables predictive maintenance, allowing issues to be identified early, and offers a range of features designed to enhance print management efficiency.
In Germany, nearly 200 specialist retail partners leverage “Kyocera Fleet Services” to support their customers. Every month, Kyocera and its partners perform remote services, such as firmware updates, on more than 3,000 devices. This proactive approach saves both time and resources, as updates can be completed outside of business hours. It also allows for detailed fault analysis, streamlining on-site service and improving overall support.
