Are Most OEMs Now Screwed? See the Huge Amount Of Toner Consumables and Printers that Were Made in China Before the U.S. Ban on Ninestar.
According to productfrom.com, our whole industry was outsourcing to China for the manufacturing of their printers and consumable goods, this also explains all the product that was made on the side behind most OEM’s back and the rampid counterfeititing that has mired our industry for decades. Some OEM’s like Canon and HP have their own plants and facilities and are for the most part, able to keep their manfacturing internal, but the majority had everything made in China, probably through you know who, Ninestar.

Now with the US ban in place Vs. Ninestar, companies are scrambling to find new manufacturers to make their printers and their toner consumable goods. We’d like to highlight Lexmark and Xerox, who are now in a serious bind due to the ban. Their are only a few manufacturers left that might be able to handle these huge manufacturing production lines, like Fujifilm and Foxconn, but setting up plants for every model and part number will be a stagering effort.

Of course all these manufacturing issues could of been avoided if these OEM executives had the right moral compass. Saddly greed is poweful tool that made them turn a blind eye to the reality of slave labor coming from China’s Ninestar.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Productfrom.com would like to make you aware of this.
    1. Completeness.
We can’t guarantee the completeness or accuracy of presented information. We only present information we were able to find. Brands and companies often have more than one factory for the same type of products, so the country listed on this page may not be the only place of production.
    2. Up-to-date.
It is almost impossible to always have up-to-date information about the country of origin of a particular product. We are unable to constantly trace each product if it still manufactured in the same location as before. The production site of a particular product can change over time and we may not be able to reflect that change in a timely manner. Each product has information about the date it was added or updated. The place of production may have changed since then or new place may have been added. We collect data for several years and part of our data can be outdated. Some products can be no longer manufactured. Place of production of some other products may have changed.
    3. Reliability & Liability.
This site is for informational purposes only. We do not pretend to be the comprehensive or ultimate source of information. We are rather trying to show a broader picture and a structure of the production across the world. We do our best to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but this is not always possible. Since the vast majority of producers do not want to cooperate with us, we have to rely on other sources of information, the credibility of which may vary. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our data is 100% accurate and we cannot take any responsibility for this.
