    $500M Agreement with Region 4 ESC Public Schools.
    ODP Business Solutions, a division of The ODP Corporation, has secured a significant multi-year furniture contract with Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC), potentially generating up to $500 million annually. Through OMNIA Partners, this agreement allows ODP’s Workspace Interiors team to provide furniture, installation, and related services to K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and local governments across the U.S. The contract covers various spaces, including classrooms, offices, and cafeterias. Serving 1.2 million students and 111,000 educators, Region 4 ESC represents a major opportunity for ODP’s expansion in the public sector. This marks the fifth such contract for ODP Business Solutions.
