Authorities in Dragash, Kosovo, have filed a fraud indictment over a public procurement contract after schools allegedly received refurbished photocopiers instead of new equipment. Prosecutors claim that 16 photocopiers supplied to schools in Dragash were older machines repaired with replacement parts and falsely presented as brand-new devices under the municipal agreement. The investigation alleges the scheme caused financial damage to the municipality and affected the quality and reliability of equipment provided to students and staff. The indictment names an individual identified as B.P. and the company “B. Sh.P.K.” in connection with the alleged procurement fraud case in Kosovo.
