The vote affirms support for HP’s leadership team amid ongoing efforts to navigate a competitive tech landscape and evolving consumer demand.According to HP’s 2025 proxy statement, total executive compensation for the company’s named executive officers (NEOs) reached more than $48 million in fiscal year 2023. The compensation figures include base salaries, bonuses, stock awards, and other benefits.

HP emphasized that its pay structure is closely tied to performance and shareholder value creation.
“Our executive compensation program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate world-class leaders who drive long-term growth,” the company noted in its proxy materials.
